Some questions that have guided recent developments … What are the key conditions for facilitating student  engagement as active participants in communities of practice across geographically distributed study centres? What is the potential added value of the use of  collaborative web-based technologies in supporting such engagement and community building?

Some more recent questions ... What has been the impact from these developments  on undergraduate teaching? What might be the impact from these developments  on undergraduate teaching in the future? What are the implications for addressing  forskningsanknytning?

… and finally where do we want to take these developments to from here?
