  • I choose the N.L. Villa Memorial Medical Center – as the organization to present because of my personal commitment to this institution. This is the reason why I took up MBA-H. This organization in now my biggest challenge.
  • Since January this year, we have been in the process of reorganizing and restructuring of the hospital organization. We organization follows a vertical functional structure dividing the responsibilities into 5 different areas. With an executive committee overseeing the overall operation of the hospital. Up to this point we are actively and dynamically molding the hospital organization into a solid foundation for the hospital grow.
  • We have a matrix structure interacting together in sync. To provide the best possible interdisciplinary care.
