    • VISION/ MISSION
    • I wake everyday asking myself what GOD wants me to do. I was given talents and challenges in life. That’s my purpose in life is to use the talents given to handle the problems sent as well. Just any mountain climber, the talents, skills and capabilities are within. As one climbs he sees opportunities, obstacle and traps along the ways. The objective is to go pass it and reach the top.

    • VISION/ MISSION
    • As a surgeons, I take care of the sick and the dying. Yet, I want more- to help establish recognition of my specialty in vascular surgery.
    • As a medical director, I orchestrate nurses, doctors and other medical staff in providing the best quality and inexpensive treatment for patients. Yet I want more- I want to train and inspire my team to tap and maximize their potentials in order to better serve the patients again and again.

    • Spiritually prepare to go if my time comes by following the teaching of GOD and to keep a clear and clean conscience at all times.
    • Family time check, making sure I spend quality time with my wife and kids. Building values and good relationship.
    • Keeping in constant touch with my Mom since we lost dad last year.
    • Practicing good medicine, treating patients as if they are my wife, parent or child. Taking notes of patient treatment outcome.
  • 10. Monitoring to make sure…
    • Regular communication with my staff, encouraging personal and professional growth as we all mature.
    • At the end of each day, I look at the mirror and see if I did good to God, my family, my patients and everyone. In the morning, strive again to do better until such time that I either do very good and continue doing good or keep adjusting.

      • see that I made a difference in the lives of my family, my patients and my staff for the better.

      • See that I have inspired my family, my patients and my staff to progress and used the talents and gifts that God has given them.
