  • 1. ES.SE.LT.’S FILM PRODUCTIONS An etwinning project about the world of films by 3 schools from Europe: -Nyvangskolan in Dalby, Lund (Sweden), - Marijampolés Petro Armino Secondary School  (Lithuania) - Institut Jaume Callís in Vic, Barcelona (SPAIN)
  • 2. OBJECTIVES:
    • to widen our pupil's experimental and cultural horizons;
    • to use English as the lingua franca among different European young people ;
    • to use the ICT in a creative and educational communicative way with the use of blogs, chats, forums, emails...;
    • to improve and diversify the teaching and learning of English through the use of the ICT to make students aware of the importance of cinema in our everyday life making it a common ground to explore and debate on issues related to the cinema, films, awards and other cross-curricular issues;
    • to exchange cultural realities of the different countries related to the world of films: giving opinions, reaching conclusions and developing a rich and multicultural European reality.

    • from September 2009 to June 2010
    • LEVEL OF OUR STUDENTS:
    • 4th ESO (15-16 year-olds): SPAIN
    • 8th. & 9th. grades (14-16 year-olds): SWEDEN
    • 8th. & 9th. grades (14-16 year-olds): LITHUANIA
    • NUMBER OF STUDENTS INVOLVED:
    • 125 pupils (51 Spaniards, 24 Lithuanians and 50 Swedes).

    • - SE articles: quiz prepared by LT, answered by ES.
    • - ES articles: quiz prepared by SE, answered by LT.
  • 8. STEP 3: FORUMS ABOUT FILMS : a)       your favourite actor/actress b)       your favourite soundtrack c)       your favourite line/scene d)       the worst movie ever THE OSCARS: In international groups, using wikis in the twinspace. Final outcome using WWW. EMPRESSR.COM
