1. 1. How many: • It means cuantos/asin Spanish. • How many goes with countables verbs and verbs in plural. • How many brothers or sisters have you got? -Sisters and brothers are countable nouns and they are in plural.
2. 2. How much: • It means cuanto/ a in Spanish. • How much goes with incontables nouns and it always goes with singular nouns. • For example: How much cheese is there? -Cheese is incontable and it is in singular.
3. 3. Quantifiers: • A lot (of): it uses with contables and uncontables nouns, for a big quantity. • Quite a lot (of): it uses with contables and uncontables nouns too, for quite a big quantity.
