  5. 7. Board of Directors <ul><li>Richard Rangel has taught me that it does not matter where you have come from. With a vision and hard work, you determine where you are going. From growing up a poor migrant child, to accepting challenges and opportunities presented to him throughout his life he has become a great father and a respected educator. </li></ul>

  7. 9. Board of Directors <ul><li>Josh Jarman, as a 17 year old young man, taught me about the true spirit of human life! Josh showed me that you do not need to be the one person in front all the time to lead. He was a “True Silent Leader” </li></ul>

  9. 11. Board of Directors <ul><li>Coach Joe Glenn has inspired me to lead in a fashion that is so passionate that it moves people to act. Even though I never worked directly with him, I have witnessed him build communities around his teams. I strive to lead with his enthusiasm and his ability to make those around him part of a vision. </li></ul>
