The right hand banner advert on the BT Homepage publicises the test site. You click on the banner to take you to the test site.
After people have viewed the test site they click on the right hand banner advert which takes them to a Sharepoint workspace.
The Sharepoint workspace is open to everyone. It explains how people can give their views.
This is the online survey we will ask people to complete to give their views on the test site.
This is where I will see a graphical view of what the overall responses have been and I will easily see what the outcome is. There is a separate section where I will be able to read their comments to help me understand why they made these choices.
