  • MattBamfordBowes Matt Bamford-Bowes, Strategist at The Brooklyn Brothers This is such a smart presentation, thanks for providing. I think the earned, owned, borrowed was originally developed by W+K, and then used by Nokia. Not entirely sure Nokia could say that the earned strategy has actually worked for them though, given their declining share of the market, inability to adapt to the real smartphone etc.

    An earned strategy presentation is just what we needed to see though. My feeling is that an 'Earned' strategy still starts at the very heart of a business, so agencies aren't the right people to be deploying this.
