sales is paid to you in accordance with your efforts. The simple and balanced Compensation Plan
combines the two most powerful pay structures known in the Direct Sales Industry. They work
synergistically to create both large immediate earnings as well as significant long-term residuals for
life-changing income.
OG has capitalized on the promotional firepower of the Dual Team structure that rewards every
stage of business development coupled generously with a Unilevel Plan including powerful
Generational Bonuses, Matching Bonuses and a Worldwide Bonus Pool for nurturing Leadership
within the organization.
OG Representatives are neither restricted in the number of New Customers they may acquire nor
the number of New Representatives they can Sponsor into the OrGano Gold Opportunity.
Representatives can expand their Network base by building a seamless Local, Regional and
Worldwide Representative Organization as the Company expands to an ever-increasing number of
countries.

As an OrGano Gold Representative, when you sell
product to Retail Customers in person or via your
personalized replicating website, you earn the
difference between your selling price and the
wholesale price.
Retail Sales are the backbone of the OG business.
You can make Retails Sales in many different ways:
Person to Person, B2B, Trade Shows, Special Events,
Fundraiser Program, Kiosks, and on and on- The
possibilities are virtually limitless!

When a Representative enrolls with an OG
Builder’s Pack (OGBP), as sponsor you will
earn a Fast Track Bonus of $20, $30, $80,

The dual team concept is derived from a structure that
allows you to be eligible for income with only two (2)
personally sponsored. Two (2) representatives, one
(1) on your left side (sales team) and one (1) on your
right side (sales team) who each maintain 50 PQV
per month.
The dual team DT earningscan include an infinite volume
*IMC’s start out with the bonus potential of up to $25k/wk. Based on number of
OG Builder Packs and first time purchases.

The heart of your lifetime residual income-- You will receive bonuses

earn 20% of the Unilevel Bonus earned by your personally sponsored

10% Unlilevel Matching Bonuses on 3 additional Levels!

6. Generational Bonus (Leadership) – Monthly
As you develop Leadership within your organization, your rewards grow exponentially.
When you reach the level of Regional Consultant (or above), and as you develop new
Regional Consultants (and above) within your organization, you will be paid down to as
many as four (4) generations of Regional Consultant (and above). In some instances,
you may be paid an Infinite number of levels.

7. Global Pool - Quarterly
Reaching for the stars has its own reward. Three
percent (3%) of OrGano Gold’s Worldwide
Unilevel CV will be shared by qualified Executive
Consultants, National Marketing Consultants and
International Marketing Consultants. Shares are
earned monthly, and are calculated and paid
quarterly.

Representatives
To achieve the rank of Representative:
• Register with an OG Business Kit ($49)
**Representatives may upgrade at anytime.
Preferred Customers: A person may choose to register
as a Preferred Customer to be able to purchase products
at wholesale. They (PC) will receive a product information
pack and samples instead of the OG Business Kit.

Marketing Associate
To achieve the rank of Marketing Associate:
• Have at least 50 PQV per calendar month
• Achieve one of the following:
o Purchase a Marketing Associate Pack ($199)**
o Accumulate 400 PQV over time.
o Generate personal sales of two OG Builder’s Packs in any combination
(does not include personal purchase)
To qualify for the pay rank of Marketing Associate:
• Maintain at least 50 PQV per calendar month
• Have at least two (2) personally sponsored Representatives (or above) who
generate at least 50 PQV each per calendar month (one on your Left Side
Team and one on your Right Side Team)

To qualify for the pay rank of Consultant, you must:
• Maintain at least 100 PQV within the current calendar month
• Have at least two (2) personally sponsored Representatives (or above) who
generate at least 50 PQV per calendar month (one on your Left Side Team and
one on your Right Side Team)

To qualify for the pay rank of Regional Consultant:
• Generate at least 100 PQV per calendar month.
• Have at least 14,000 GQV in the per calendar month with no more than 40%
of the GQV coming from a single unilevel tree leg.
• Have at least four (4) personally qualified Consultants (or above), two on your

To achieve the rank of Executive Consultant:

Left Side Team and three on your Right Side Team.

coming from a single unilevel tree leg.
