  • In today ’ s webinar we consider Leadership Development in Executive Coaching - and using the book “ What got you here wont get you there ” by Marshall Goldsmith. from our Executive book Kit .. I recommended that for today's webinar we would look at chapters 4, 5 and 6. I will be going through chapters 4.5 and the whole of Section 3 which is chapters 6 – 12.
  • So today I would like to leave you with two of my favorite quotes from E. James Rohn… “ Never wish your life were easier… Wish you were better” You create a new future every time you make a decision to get better at what you do. “ Work harder on yourself than you do on your job” If you want success you have to step out of your comfort zone . Most people when they find their comfort zone they like to stay right in the middle. When you stay there so does everything else. Nothing changes. So I encourage you to take what I have shared with you this afternoon and apply it tomorrow. You’ll be amazed by the results… Remember it is easy to go to a seminar or read a book but it is the action that counts . It’s the difference between reading books and doing books…
