  • 1. *** THIS DOCUMENT IS CLASSIFIED FOR PUBLIC ACCESS *** As knowledge gets tested and refined Wisdom appears requiring reduced effort with a significant drop in errors associated with the application of knowledge. During the entire process this knowledge is recorded, stored in long term and short term memory within the human brain as tacit and explicit knowledge. Eventually some of this knowledge will be recorded and shared as explicit knowledge. As D-I-K-W develops following the CAASEK System the data is rolled up and parsed into informational records. Information records are leveraged to develop knowledge concerning various related and non- related topics and subjects again following the CAASEK System.
