Ranking #1 primarily due to poor quality control and the lack of security integration into design and testing phases. Ranked #2 is misconfiguration due to inconsistent application of security associated with a lack of documentation and /or competency. Ranked #3 is hardware due to poor quality control and lack of security integration into design and testing phases. Ranked #4 Robots and Nanotech almost completely flying under the radar no-one seems to have noticed. Their stealth like attributes are apparently working as they go about their business undetected. Ranked #5 is Social Engineering, a long time strategy used by hackers, government agents, etc… is also used by numerous professional to access information that would normally be inaccessible. Ranked #6 is the food chain and its potential to cause mass losses in people and their knowledge of operations disrupting business, Military, Health, etc…. 1 1 2 3 44 5 6
