  • 1. How to Apply for a Career Opportunity with Aon Hewitt User Guide
  • 2. Application Instructions
    • Go to http://www.aonhewittcareers.com
    • There are three options to choose from to begin your search
      • Click Apply Yourself tab on the left hand side of the main screen
      • Choose Experienced tab at the top of the page if you are seeking any role that is not entry level.
      • Choose Student/Recent Grad tab for entry/associate/new college graduate opportunities
      • Once you choose a category, you will be taken to a search page that will allow you to narrow your
      • search based on specific criteria.
      • Criteria includes:
      • Job Number
      • Key word search
      • Job Field / Job Category
      • Location
      • Type of role (Part—Time, Full-Time, Per Diem..)
      • Once your criteria is selected click Show Criteria for results. Results will appear immediate under
      • the search window.
      • *On the top right of the search page, you have the option to save your search and be notified of new
      • roles that are posted that meet your search criteria. There is no limit to the number of searches that
      • can be created
  • 3. I Found a Job, Now What Do I Do?
    • Once you have identified a potential opportunity, click on the title for a full description including responsibilities and qualifications.
    • If you feel you may be a potential fit for the opportunity, click Apply Online at the bottom of the description.
      • If you are new to the career portal, you will be asked to create a profile. This process takes approximately 15 minutes to create.
      • If you have an account, you will be asked to log and then you will be aligned directly to the opportunity. Once you have a profile, the process to apply for future roles is very quick.
    • On the right hand side, you have the option to share job opportunities via Facebook, Twitter and
    • LinkedIn.
    • You also have the option to print job descriptions if you prefer that method of review or sharing.
    • If you have an account and would like to apply to more than one opportunity, you can click Add To Cart
    • at the bottom of job posting and continue to review other roles. At the conclusion of your search, you
    • can quickly apply to all the roles in your cart within a matter of a few moments.
