Right Thought / Right Intention (positive, loving thoughts towards all living things; not being greedy) </li></ul><ul><li>3. Right Speech (be thoughtful with your words; think before you speak) </li></ul><ul><li>4. Right Action (be respectful in actions; saving life, not destroying it) </li></ul><ul><li>5. Right Livelihood (earn a living without hurting animals or people) </li></ul><ul><li>6 . Right Effort (generous, kind attitude; banish thoughts/actions that promote hatred , ignorance, or greed) </li></ul><ul><li>7 . Right Mindfulness (be aware of thoughts, actions, mind at all times) </li></ul><ul><li>8. Right Contemplation (direct thoughts and emotions to develop mind; meditating without losing concentration) </li></ul>
