    • Once in the Session, click Meeting, Manage My Settings, Audio Setup Wizard (then follow the wizard)
    • Do this daily as you enter the Adobe Connect Session

    • Adobe Connect allows instructors to conduct this certification course over the Internet through the use of slides, web co-browsing, application demonstration and application sharing.
    • Your will be able to communicate with the instructor through text messaging or by requesting the microphone.
    • Voice communication is Voice Over Internet Protocol, so there is a slight delay.
    • You will need to have a VoIP headset to plug into your computer. (This is different than your telephone headset for your client calls.)
