    • Pasta Soup Ingredients # 100 g pasta # 1 / 2 chicken Vegetable broth # 100 g minced pork # 100 g minced beef # 4 eggs # 100 g cooked chickpeas # Flour # Breadcrumbs Process To make the broth, place the chicken in a pot with water and let the boil, then remove the water and add the chopped vegetables from the broth and water clean. Simmer for 4 hours and then strain the broth. Meanwhile, boil the pasta in a saucepan with water and salt for 10 minutes. Then , take the eggs and separate yolks from the whites. Lining a glass film with a bit of paper, and put a little oil and a yolk inside, wrap-ba it and let it in the freezer for about 30 minutes. Do the same with the other buds. To make the ball, season the beef and place it on a plate. Place a frozen egg in the middle of each ball and rounded good. Then, pass the ball in flour, beaten egg and breadcrumbs and fry in a pan of hot oil until well browned. Finally, let it bake for 10 to 15 minutes at 200 degrees for them to be rust thaw. Then put the strained broth in a saucepan, add the cooked pasta, cooked chickpeas, Season with salt and cook together for 5 minutes. And finally, emplateu the broth and add a ball in the middle.
