Network Marketing: Facing The Embarrassment
In this article I’m going to talk about something that many network
marketers tend to avoid speaking of. It’s the fact that when you’re
involved in a home based business people are more than likely going
to give you a hard time about it.

Network marketing has developed a nasty reputation over the years.
Many people will run even at just the mention of it. However, it’s not
network marketing that’s really committed any sort of crime here it’s
the people who have abused it.
Over the years people have employed some pretty stupid tactics in
order to get people into their business. That’s probably why so many
people have a bad taste in their mouths when it comes to MLM.
It could also be the fact that people just don’t understand the
difference between having a job and starting their own business.
When it comes to putting money down before you have actually made
any people tend to freak out. However this is no different than starting
ANY business except that the amount your spending is going to be a
whole lot less than a traditional business.
Because of all these reasons people tend to be shocked at the
responses they get when they tell their friends and family about their
new opportunity… don’t be. In fact I’m often shocked when people
DON’T look at me strangely or offer some kind of snaky remark.
So why do network marketers put ourselves through all this? Because
we know at the end of the day that there is nothing like the freedom
that a home based business allows you. You’ll never find a regular 9-5
job that can allow you to live the life, earn the income and have the
true freedom that a home based business offers you.
Don’t let negative comments get you down. Take each jab with a grain
of salt and remember the reason you started in your business in the
first place. To create a great life for you and your family, and that’s
exactly what a network marketing opportunity can give you!
