I’m going to tell you how success in a home based business or
network marketing company is like a delicious hamburger. That might
sounds a little crazy but stick with me because I’m about to break it
down for you. P.S. This can also be a veggie burger if you want.
So lets start with the meat. The meat is hard work. Just like a
hamburger can’t really be a hamburger without meat, you will never
have success in any type of home based business if you’re not willing
to work hard for it. Hard work is the center of everything it is the

essence of success just like the meat is the essence of the burger.
You can grill it broil it fry it… it doesn’t really matter as long as you
have it. Hard work is what makes success possible and it can not exist
without it.
Next let’s talk about the bun. The bun is support for the burger. It
keeps the burger together and keeps everything else in it’s place… it’s
also tasty! Your support system can be your upline, crossline, family,
friends or a spouse but, whoever it is they are vital to your success.
If you don’t have a support system in place to believe in you and help
you get through the tough times you’re never going to make it. Just
like the bun on a burger if you don’t have support everything else will
just fall apart.
The extras are next. They are the things like onions, tomatoes,
cheese, lettuce, pickles, mayo, mustard and everything else that goes
on a burger. The extras are the little extra things you do that make
your burger, uh I mean business, so delicious.
The extras can never take the place of the meat but they sure do
make the burger taste a whole lot better! This might be a silly analogy
but I hope that you understand the importance of all of these elements
in the success of your business. If you have all these things you’re
going to have one heck of a successful career in your home based
