  • 4. MarketInsight As a REALTOR®, you want to do the best job possible for your clients. And now you can show your clients and customers just how much effort goes into listing their property. With MarketInsight, your clients and customers can stay informed about the activities surrounding their property without even contacting you. MarketInsight allows your clients and customers to view pertinent information surrounding their property, such as web traffic, appointments and feedback, comparable nearby properties, and much more. Setting up MarketInsight is easy. You can send an email to your client or customer inviting them to use MarketInsight. All the information displayed in MarketInsight is branded with your information. Show your clients and customers the value of using a REALTOR® and invite them to begin using MarketInsight today!
  • 5. To get started, you will need to login to the HAR Members Only Site. From the menu, click on 'MLS' and then from the 'MLS Tools' category, click on 'MarketInsight'. Choose a listing from your current inventory, sold transactions or enter any address, and click on 'Setup MarketInsight'. You will need to enter the user's name and email address to send them an invitation to participate in MarketInsight. You can enter multiple email addresses when setting up MarketInsight for a property.
  • 6. Client Experience Rating Program Clients will be asked to rate their Realtor® on their performance in four service categories using a star system, with 5 stars being the best rating possible. The Client Experience Rating system will then average the scores to determine an overall rating for the Realtor®. Clients also have an option to include brief comments.
  • 7. Consumer Research Panel Working in partnership with the WAV Group, the HAR.com online Consumer Research Panel was created in 2011. Approximately 6,600 HAR.com subscribers have agreed to serve on the panel and answer questions about their home buying and selling preferences. This information is used to improve the services offered by HAR and help inform HAR members about better ways to serve their clients. http://www.har.com/consumerresearch
  • 8. Mobile Access Browsing HAR.com on the Go HAR.com Mobile Web offers access to MLS listings on any mobile device in a lightweight format. This is convenient for REALTORS® and consumers who have mobile devices with different screens sizes, different models or slow internet connections. This can be accessed from your mobile device by going to www.har.com. The current version will soon be replaced by a more robust version. The HAR App allows MLS subscribers(access MLS Info) and consumers to find a home, bookmark listings and view property search history. MLS Subscribers will have access to homes for sale or lease & complete listing details (Agent Full Report, Tax Profile Report, Showing Instructions, Days on Market), their leads, their listings, as well as access their company's listing inventory. http://www.har.com/mobile Mobile MLS is a free, web based solution that allows MLS subscribers to search for property listings on any mobile device. You can access this application on your mobile web browser at http://mobile.harmls.com using your MLS username and password. Mobile MLS is a feature rich application. http://mobile.harmls.com/

Social Media Plug-Ins for MLS The Social Media Plug-in for MLS enables you to enter your social networking account information so that your listings can be promoted on these social media sites. This will provide a constant connection to the social networking service, so whenever you add a new listing, make a price reduction, have an open house or sell a listing in MLS, a social networking notification will automatically be generated to alert your followers of your new listing.
  • 11. 713-REALTOR Sign Rider Consumers will be able to dial 713-REALTOR and enter a MLS number to obtain a digital audio description for that listing. Consumers are given the option to be connected to the listing agent during the call or request a text message version of the property details be sent to them. Whenever a consumer calls the hotline, HAR saves the phone number of the person calling. You will be able to access the call logs for your listings by logging into HAR.com and clicking ‘Leads/Appointments’ menu in the toolbar near the top of the page.
