    • So from 46 nations competing in previous Olympics down to 37 and athletes 3014-1328. For example: The football tournament was canceled due to lack of equipment. This situation caused a controversy
    • In total, 37 countries submitted a total of 1408 athletes, of whom 127 were women and 1281 men, who played 117 different tests. The July 30 began these games.
    •  Athletics, Boxing, Cycling, Diving, Horse Riding, Fencing, Gymnastics, Hockey, Modern Pentathlon, Rowing, Sailing, Shooting, Swimming, Water Polo, Weightlifting, Wrestling.
    •  Kusuo Kitamura, when he was 14 years old he won in the 1,500 meters freestyle and he became the youngest athlete to win a gold medal.
    • Babe Didrikson of 18 years old, she participate in the events in athletics and she won the javelin gold medal and she set a world record in the high jump and 80 meters.
    •  The Swedish police Ivar Johansson won three medals in wrestling. Four years later he won the gold medal in the Greco-Roman middleweight competition.
