  8. 8. 2.The Journalists/ReportersIf you connect to Greek Twitter you willinstantly believe that all the reporters andjournalists of local Twitterland have anaccount.Due to the latest unfortunate incidents inGreece many people with i-phones whoparticipate in protests, upload pictures ontwitter considering themselves front linereporters.
  9. 9. 3.The Fashion Bloggers.• 90% of the time they are women obsessed with fashion trends. The purchase of a Chanel bag is for them the Holy Grail.• They have their own blog where they write about haute couture and fashion events.• Most of them are incapable of understanding that in Greece of 2012 no one really cares about fashion anymore.
  10. 10. 4.The Entertainers/Clowns• They criticize everyone and everything but in a funny way.• Their tweets become favorited and retweeted by many people.• They do have a reputation in Greek Twitter though sometimes they can’t distinguish the difference between funny and ridiculous and they don’t know where to stop.
  11. 11. 5.The Facebook Guys
  12. 12. 6.The Wannabe WritersThey “Wordpress” about love. They “Tumblr” about loneliness. They use Twitter as a mean to promote their writing. One of their biggest hopes is that one day they will manage to get their super duper wow novel published. They usually tweet at night and their audiences are people recently separated.
  13. 13. 7.The Social Media Freaks• They adore social media. They are tech savvies always informed about the latest news on pc software and mobile applications.• They have accounts in every-and when I say every I mean it-social network.• When they don’t tweet about the new release date of i-pad 3 they either play WoW or mess around in Instagram.• They are geeks but at least they have something useful to share.
  14. 14. 8.The Intellectuals
  15. 15. 9.The Businessmen-BotsThis category can be really annoying. Some Greek people try topromote their business through a merciless tweet spam of their products. They rarely chat or exchange any opinions on the field of their business activities. In some cases they act like robots and their only interaction isto welcome the people they follow when they see them online.
  16. 16. 10.The Architects It may sound weird but Greek Twitterland is full of Architects and Civil Engineers. It is still a Most of them mystery why are this socialcommunicative network attracts and funny. people with such Most, not all. professions.

I hope you enjoyed it.• I would gladly accept comments on• Keep tweeting.
