  7. 7. Thesmallcarnivalor “carnavalito” is a children’scelebration.<br />
  8. 8. There are alsoordinarypeoplesinging, drinking and dancing in thestreets, followingthecomparsas and stoppingeverywheretohavefunwithalltheotherpeople.<br />
  9. 9. Thereis a singular competition: the “murgas”<br />
  10. 10. CarnivalSaturdayisthemostimportantdaytoyoungpeople, becausethereis a big festival at discos and in thestreets and everybodygoesout in costumes .<br />
  11. 11. Thesardine’s funeral iscelebratedonthelastday of carnival.<br />Everybodydresses up as widowsorwidowers. Theycryduringthe funeral and thentheyeatsardines.<br />
  12. 12. Thestreetis a festival in itself, no matterthe time, theweatherorthetiredness.<br />
