    • Traditional food from Murcia By Sergio Buendía and Williams
    • Zarangollo It’s a typical dish from the vegetable gardens and orchards. It consists on scrambled eggs elaborated with zucchini, onion and potato
    • Pisto Murciano It’s taken as first course and you can find it in many tapas bars in Murcia. It’s made with tomato, aubergine, red and green peppers, onions, virgin olive oil, salt and sugar
    • Tortilla de patatas It’s made with eggs and potatoes. This is one of the most traditional dishes of Spanish cuisine. It can be found in any bar or restaurant.
    • Ensalada Murciana This salad is the typical salad from Murcia. The ingredients are tin tomato, tuna, fresh onion, boiled eggs and small black olives. Murcian Salad is also popular known as Murcia mojete
    • Paparajotes This is a typical dessert. ​ It’s made of Murcia lemon leaves coated with a mixture made with flour and basically fried egg and sprinkle with powdered sugar and cinnamon.
    • Pan de Calatrava Calatrava Bread pudding is a kind of typical Murcian cuisine. It is usually served cold as a dessert. It is made with the background of white bread, eggs, milk, sugar and caramel.
    • End
