  1. 1. STRETCH THE JOINS:First the ancles. We move them to oneside and then to the other side.
  2. 2. Next are knees and we move them incircles or stretching them like in thesecond photo.
  3. 3. Now the hips. We move the hips inthe circles first to the right and afterto the left.
  4. 4. The arms we do a lot of ways to stretchthem.
  5. 5. The shoulders go up and down.
  6. 6. The wrist are very important becauseif you don’t stretch them you canhurt. We put the two wrists togetherand then we move them in circles.
  7. 7. Finally the neck. We move it incircles and in one side to the otherside.
