You WILL outgrow them! </li></ul><ul><li>Always iron your clothes to keep them neat and wrinkle-free </li></ul><ul><li>Some of these items you likely already have or may be able to borrow from your dad (ie ties). </li></ul><ul><li>When you look professional, you perform better, feel better about yourself and look like a more confident competitor! </li></ul><ul><li>Conservative colors are best – such as black, gray, or blue. Wild colors distract more than they focus attention on you. </li></ul><ul><li>TAKE PRIDE IN YOUR APPEARANCE! </li></ul>

Exceptions: <ul><li>The only exceptions to these guidelines are: </li></ul><ul><ul><li>When traveling to/from a competition </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>When you are inside your hotel room </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>If you are willing to have your parents immediately come to pick you up from a competition and repay all associated fees and travel expenses. </li></ul></ul>
