usually like to take charge.

instruments. I play piano,

Air Cadets is something I
am proud of and really

and attend it at least 2 or

Science is one of my
favourite subjects, and I
wish to go into a career

Making Stuff
I really like creating things
with my hands, so I usually
enjoy making things like DIY
projects, decoration, and
origami.
Winter Sports
I like many winter sports
such as snowboarding,
skiing, and biathlon. I really
like snow and sports.
Air Cadets
As explained before,
cadets is my main
interests, and it allows me
to learn how to fly planes
and such which Is also one
of my interests.
Very good with
numbers, useful in
jobs such as cashier
and such.

and convincing

As I already like sports and physical activity, I do not need much effort to stay fit. I am going to continue the
clubs and physical activities and stay fit.
Also, when I move on and go to a university, I am planning to look for sports club there that I can enjoy, and
continue working out at a nearby gym.
Currently, I am trying very hard to have healthy eating habits as I do not right now. I have cut off drinking
pop, and shrunk eating fast foods to only once a month. I am planning to learn how to cook healthily from my
mom, and I am planning to cook healthily and eat healthily by myself after I graduate high school. I am going
to follow the Canada’s Healthy Food Guide and include foods they recommend to eat healthily.
When I receive stress, I usually go to my friends or family to talk it
out. Also, usually I work out and worn myself out from physical
activities to forget about the stressful situations. Lastly, I sleep a lot
to eliminate time thinking about the stressful situations. My
support group that gets me through stressful times are my families
and friends.
To maintain healthy relationships, I have learned that I need to
think about others before myself before I act. Also, I have learned
that there needs to be good communication to maintain healthy
relationships, so I try to always listen to people for good
communication
After graduating high school, I am
planning to not work. However, I am
going to get a school loan, and I am going
to try hard to get a full scholarship to the
university I get accepted into. Also, if I
still lack some money, I might ask my
parents for help.
Lately, I am not
motivated by
much things and
during those
times, I look at
these two quotes.
The one on the
right represents
what I want to be
and the left one
teaches me that it
needs hard work.
As becoming a
doctor is not easy.
