A MCRA Personal Lines client with multiple rental properties in different states came to us to
consolidate their insurance policies. The way their previous agent had set up the coverages left
their bookkeeper confused and overwhelmed, resulting in policies being non-renewed or
cancelled for non-payment.
MCRA was able to consolidate the client’s personal insurance program down to one insurance
company, streamlining payments and billing. When reviewing the policies, our sales executive
also identified several properties that were significantly underinsured with the previous insurance
program. The prior agent had also missed a large jewelry schedule that was underinsured and
several cars were insured under the wrong names.
