How is organizational culture created?
 know the history and background of the company
 define the desired culture
 establish in detail the desired behaviors
 transmit it to all employees and make permanent campaigns
 Define the conversational environment
 would be consistent between what is said and done
 be very careful in the selection of staff
 constantly monitor compliance
 updated according to market changes
