По данным министерства здравоохранения Индонезии, лабораторные исследо- вания подтвердили наличие вируса гриппа H1N1 у восьми человек. Четверо из них являются гражданами Индонезии, другая половина – приезжие из Австра- лии. Одни из заразившихся уже выписан из больницы. Грипп А H5N1-подтипа у человека По данным ВОЗ на 06.07.2009 общее количество подтверждённых случа- ев заболевания, вызванного вирусом гриппа А H5N1-подтипа, составляет 436, из них закончилось летальным исходом по-прежнему 262 (60,1%). За послед- нюю неделю ВОЗ подтвердила ещё три случая заболевания человека в Египте. Сообщение о последнем подтверждённом случае датируется 01.07.2009. Таким образом, в 2009 году случаи заболевания гриппом птиц были зарегистрированы в Китае, Вьетнаме, Египте и Индонезии, количество подтверждённых случаев
  • заболевания гриппом птиц в 2009 году достигло 45, из которых 15 (33,3%) за- кончились летальным исходом. 1 июля 2009 г. Министерство здравоохранения Египта сообщило о трёх новых подтверждённых случаях инфицирования людей вирусом гриппа A(H5N1). В первом случае 1 июня 2009 г. у годовалого мальчика из губернаторства Думьят появились симптомы болезни. 2 июня ребенок был госпитализирован и стал получать озельтамивир. Пациент выздоровел и 9 июня был выписан из больницы. Во втором случае 5 июня 2009 г. у четырёхлетней девочки из губерна- торства Дакахлия появились симптомы болезни. 6 июня девочка была госпита- лизирована и стала получать озельтамивир. Пациентка выздоровела и 14 июня была выписана из больницы. В третьем случае 15 июня 2009 г. у годовалого мальчика из района Кале- ен, губернаторство Кафр-эш-Шейх, появились симптомы болезни. 16 июня 2009 г. он был госпитализирован в инфекционную больницу Кафр-эш-Шейха, где стал получать озельтамивир. Ребёнок находится в стабильном состоянии. В результате расследований источников инфекции установлено, что во всех трёх случаях дети имели тесные контакты с мёртвыми и/или больными до- машними птицами. Случаи заболевания подтверждены Центральными лабораториями обще- ственного здравоохранения Египта. Из 81 случая заболевания, подтверждённого на сегодняшний день в Егип- те, 27 (33,3%) закончились смертельным исходом. Грипп А H5N1- подтипа у птиц По данным Международного эпизоотического бюро и Международного общества специалистов по инфекционным болезням (ISID) за период 29 июня – 6 июля 2009 г. новых сообщений о вспышках гриппа, вызванного вирусом гриппа А H5N1-подтипа, не поступало. В настоящее время зарегистрировано 9 случаев инфициро- вания собак, и, учитывая высокую контагиозность этого вируса, можно ожи- дать увеличение количества обращений. Грипп собак не контагиозен для лю- дей, кошек и других видов животных, хотя люди могут переносить этот вирус в носовых проходах и передавать его собакам дома. Грипп собак следует рассматривать как серьёзное заболевание; смерт- ность инфицированных животных составляет 100%. Однако при быстрой и точ- ной диагностике и правильном лечении животных смертность может быть сни- жена до 1-5%.
