Plateada al Palo Por Maquique Plateada al palo
Una plateada con toda su grasa
Aliñar la plateada con sal gruesa y pimienta a gusto
Ensartar la plateada en espada, sable, tridente o palo
Poner en la parrilla con fuego de brasas solamente al menos 2 horas 30 minutos
Paciencia es la receta mientras m ás tiempo mejor
