25. Conditions for rent
• Preference will be given to companies or international organisations who wish to rent the apartment for their
personnel or visitors for at least one year.
• The monthly rent of CHF 2‘600 includes the reception of TV-radio (Billag) and the reception of satellite
television. Charges for warm water and heating are CHF 125 per month.
• The apartment is completed by a private box in a closed garage on the same street at the price of SFr 200.
• Electricity, telephone and internet connexion must be ordered by the client in his own name are not included in
the rent.
• A personal liability insurance is mandatory as well as a three months’ rent deposit. The apartment is extremely
well insured with the Allianz Insurance Company against fire and water damages as well as theft.
