ZWIEJSKI (UNIVERSITÉLAVAL), JORGE DANIEL DE MELO MOURA AND MILENAKANASHIRO (UEL). NTHE PURPOSE WAS TO CONNECT THE NEIGHBORHOODGLEBA PALHANO WITH THE WEST NEIGHBORHOOD, THE ON THE GREENLAKE AND THE PRINCIPAL STREETS OF THE CITY. AXIS, AS THETHE MAIN IDEA WAS TO PRIMARY ONE,ESTIMULATE THE TWO AXIS. THE INTENTION WAS TO PROPOSE A COMMERCIAL AREA THAT COULD 2009 ATTRACT PEOPLE.
