      • New York – O’Connor Capital Partners, the sponsor of Manhattan House, recently opened a new on-site sales and design gallery in an impeccably renovated residence at Manhattan House, the landmarked Modernist architectural building located at 200 East 66th Street.
      • Designed by Lita Dirks & Co., the sales and design gallery is located in a spacious 3,029-square-foot residence on the 10 th floor of Manhattan House. The expansive windowed eat-in kitchen was designed by Sara Bengur, includes a Lillian Heard banquet. Two balconies provide striking Manhattan views.
