Lynn, I spoke with Mandy yesterday and she is providing me with everything our company needs to make decisions. Thanks for putting us in touch with her. I must say...I've worked closely with dozens of town across TX and OK and I've never found a resource as valuable as Mandy. Our company usually puts together internal reports based on demographic research provided by agencies, 3rd parties, and local individuals. This information is somewhat helpful, but often unreliable and unqualified. Having a single point of contact like Mandy that has access to reliable information and can provide up to date business insight & analysis is extremely valuable. It would be great if every city was as prepared as yours. I look forward to making progress in Glenpool, and I hope to meet you soon.
    Thanks,--Raj Akolkar

  • 6. Why Choose a Consultant?
(April 2009) from Roy Brashears memo to Ed Tinker:
“One of the best things that you did for Glenpool’s growth was to put Rickey and Mandy at the sharp end of your spear – they are both well-respected in the national marketplace and know what they’re doing – for many national retailers and developers, who habitually trade information on cities, their presence as consultants to a city automatically gives it a “progressive” pre-approval stamp (you will hear this often at ICSC). They have both been of immeasurable help with our projects and are always selling Glenpool as the Oklahoma city to pay attention to.”
  • 7. Public Relations
Serve as expert resource and consultant to city staff for anything relating to image, marketing and/or public perception of the city.
