Induction programs are creative, engaging, fun and do thejob of reinforcing for people that they made the right choice. starting point of a goodinduction program is to welcome new people and introduce them to the culture of theorganization; to, indeed, help them feel theyve made the right decision and to getthem to start their new job committed, engaged and productive.Objectives of Study:- 1. To know about the importance of induction in today’s business world. 2. To know that what is perception of employees toward this program. 3.
