    • must pass qualifying exam set by the group
    • Network Administration
    • must have an affiliation with an LGU/SUC/DepEd Office/NGOs
    • has background in IT or experience in setting up of networks, basic trouble shooting
    • must be comfortable working with different platforms (Windows/Linux)
