Issued to patient on registration /admission with corresponding e-health Account (PHR) created
Smart Card Registration Software can be integrated with existing HIS using standard HL7 interfaces
Personalization of Smart Card
Personalized Information (like name, age etc based on inputs from hospital) can be printed on the card using a Smart Card Printer
Personalized Information can be hand-written on a card-pouch/cover that is issued with a pre-printed Smart Card
C ritical health information stored and maintained in the card
Personal + Clinical Details (Blood Group, Allergies, Current Health Problems, Current Medications, Vision/Implants, etc), Insurance Details, Emergency Contact Information with mobile numbers

Front office can manage appointments for doctors/departments using Yos Appointment Management System or existing HIS
Once appointment is setup, a confirmation SMS will be sent to the patient with details of the appointment.
An Appointment reminder will be sent one day before the appointment is scheduled
In addition, follow-up visit reminders can be sent to the patient. Follow-up reminders could be for next doctor appointment, lab test etc
