  • 1. •Obtaining DIN( Director’s Identification Number (DIN) •Obtaining Digital Signature Certificate(DSC) PRE-INCORPORATIONPRE-INCORPORATION NAME RESERVATION AND OBJECT FINALIZATION •Finalization of the name of the company. •Finalization of the objects of the company. •Applying Registrar of Companies for name reservation. •Drafting of Memorandum of Association (MOA) •Drafting of Article of Association (AOA) •Signing of the necessary documents with Registrar of Companies INCORPORATION
  • 2. PRE INCORPORATION •It’s a unique number allotted to director of the company by Ministry of Corporate Affairs DOCUMENTS REQUIRE 1. Identity Proof i. Copy of PAN Card 2. Address Proof DIRECTOR IDENTIFICATION NUMBER (DIN) 2. Address Proof i. Electricity Bill, Gas Bill, Telephone Bill, Voter ID Card, Passport 3. One Passport Size Photograph of director 4. Signed DIN Declaration on the stamp paper (Format will be mailed) Important:: Kindly provide address proof in the name of proposed director, and the name on PAN card shall match with name in address proof.
  • 3. •The Digital signature is require to digitally sign the documents on the E-forms. DIGITAL SIGNATURE CERTIFICATE (DSC) DOCUMENTS REQUIRE PRE INCORPORATION 1. Identity Proof i.   • 4. NAME RESERVATION Minimum four alternative names of the proposed company. Proposed main activity of the company. Place of business of the company. INFORMATION REQUIRE Place of business of the company.
  • 5. COMPANY INCORPORATION Preparation and finalization of the final ‘Memorandum of Association” & ‘Articles of Association’ of proposed Company. Signatures of the directors on the subscriber sheet (Format will be mailed) STEPS INVOLVED Signatures of the directors on the subscriber sheet (Format will be mailed) Signatures of the directors on the consent (Format will be mailed) Filing of necessary e-forms with ‘Ministry of Corporate Affairs’
