A wonderful Message by George Carlin

George Carlin , a bit on the hard side of comedy throughout his life, died...
/16 Remember: spend some time with your loved ones,
/16 because they are not going to be around forever.
/16 Remember to give a warm hug to the one next to you,
/16 because that is the only treasure you can give with your heart and it doesn't cost a cent.
/16 Remember to hold hands and cherish the moment, for someday that person will not be there again.
/16 Remember to say, "I love you" to your partner and your loved ones, but most of all mean it.
/16 A kiss and an embrace will mend hurt when it comes from deep inside of you.
/16 Give time to love, give time to speak!
/16 And give time to share
/16 the precious thoughts in your mind.
/16 AND ALWAYS REMEMBER:
/16 Life is not measured
/16 by the number of breaths we take,
/16 but by the moments
/16 that take our breath away.
/16 And if you don't like what I’ve said here.... Who cares? George Carlin

George Carlin's remembrance of his wife--- with music

Subtitled: "Bloom and Grow". George Carlin died in June 2008 and his wife before that. As unlikely as it may seem, George Carlin--- a somewhat obnoxious, hard-line comedian if there ever was one--- is said to have written these words upon the passing of his wife prior to his own demise in 2008. This has been circulating the e-mail circuit of the Internet for sometime now and is not original with me. The background music is from "The Sound of Music"--- the haunting strains of "Edelweiss" are heard throughout this presentation.

Enjoy.

George Carlin's remembrance of his wife--- with music

 1. 1. A wonderful Message by George Carlin

George Carlin , a bit on the hard side of comedy throughout his life, died in June, 2008. His wife had already died at some point in time earlier and what follows here--- set to the background music of “The Sound of Music’s” “Edelweiss” are some words that one would hardly expect a George Carlin to have written. But wrote them he did upon the death of his dear wife. And I could find nothing @ snopes.com to refute what follows here…

/16
