SECURITY If you are using a pin number make it something other than 1234 If you are using a password do not make it your name or something obvious Always know which apps are running while you are logged in  If you are logged into your bank account all the time it can be very harmful if you lose your phone

BATTERY CONSUMPTION To extend battery life:  Do not keep the data network on (3G, 4G)  Do not keep the Wireless on  Do not keep Bluetooth on  Do not keep the GPS on  If your phone will be off for less than 12 hours, just leave it on standby. Switching on and off can drain your battery.

KEEPING IT FAST Delete old messages  It is not recommended to keep more than 100 messages per conversation  A lot of phones do the process for you automatically Be careful which apps you keep running (even in the background) because they can slow your phone down Save more data and apps on your SD card rather than the internal memory of the phone
