    • Genusys Office Building, Lewisville, TX Corporate Square footage: 37,150 Construction cost: $4 M ( Approximate) The three story corporate office of Genusys and sister company Plextar used open planning and energy efficient systems and finishes.Project done in collaboration with FK Design
    • School of Cinematic Arts,University of SouthernCalifornia Los Angeles, CAHigher EducationSquare footage: 137,000 (Phase one and two)Construction cost: $110 M ( Approximate)Project heavily used BIM technology.The four story new building for School of Cinematic Artshouses the administration and the instructional area forstudents in the field of film, television and interactivemedia.Visual Design and Construction Technology (VD+C)methodology was extensively used to deliver this project.Conceptual design was developed and modeled usingBuilding Information Modeling technology. Use of BIM andNavisworks allowed the potential conflict to be detectedbetween different traits at the construction documentstage.My role was to develop details from designers sketchesand CAD drawings in Revit and to incorporate them in thebuilding model. Exterior columns, arches and decorativebrackets are some examples of detail elements.     • School of Cinematic ArtsLEED Silver Higher EducationBoth phases of the School of Cinematic Arts building usedecologically friendly materials, systems, and methods andearned LEED Silver certification.Aesthetically pleasing interior was achieved throughintricate design as well as attention to energy efficiency.I interpreted design intent and produced interior detailswhich were used repeatedly throughout the buildingmodel. Examples of elements include transom, columns,motif on beams, light fixtures, and screening room details.Project done while employed with Urban Design Group Inc

Views of multi-use spaces, massive concretecolumns, pendant lighting, exposed ceiling structure, andclerestory windows created dynamic, yet durableenvironment.I participated in the programming and schematic designphases.Project done while employed with SHWGroup LLP

    • International Bank of CommerceLaredo and Eagle Pass, TX Corporate- BankSquare footage: 68,000 sq-ftThe bank building is constructed with astructural steel frame, pre-cast concretewall panels and a granite clad façade.This was one of three buildings that wereto be built with similar shapes andmaterials in order to visually provide abranding connection for IBC’s mainbanks in Corpus Christi, Laredo, andEagle Pass. An elegant second-storycommunity suite with an outdoor terraceprovides rare water front views.I was involved in the programming andconceptual design development phases.Saraide.com Dallas, TX Corporate – Data CenterSquare footage: 30,000 sq-ft, Cost: $27MInternet start-up companys regional office housing marketing and primary data center which is showcased in a corridorvisible from the main reception area.     • Jamul Indian VillageCasino Hotel, Jamul, CAHospitality - GamingSquare footage: 75,000 sq-ft Casino402 key hotelConstruction cost: $29MLocated east of San Diego County, the Jamul Indian Village Casino isa phased master planned development. The completed resort willinclude a steak house, buffet, kids quest, and event space. The casinointerior features elaborate wood truss,custom stained glass andwrought iron work. The exterior complements the landscape withnatural, heavy timber, natural rock, and stucco.     • Alamo Toyota, San Antonio, TX RetailSquare footage: 56,000 sq-ft, Cost: $11 MAlamo Toyota followed the design principles of first LEED certifiedPat Lobb and LEED gold certified Rockwall Toyota. The exteriorpanels were made of recycled aluminum. Water cisterns wereused to capture rain water for irrigation and car wash. Energy-saving glass,green walls, and special membrane roofing systemwere some of the green features.Interior elevations development was my responsibility. I researchedthe rain water harvesting systems and also participated in researchand documentation ofother LEED points.Bibbentuckers The Dry CleanersDallas, TX Prototype development, RetailSquare footage: 2,500 - 6,500 sq-ftCost: $8M AverageHigh end dry cleaningand laundry facilitiesincluding state of the artcleaning and finishingplant which requiredcareful coordination ofengineering systems.The customer areaswere designed to providevisual marketingatmosphere.I worked on the Frisco,TX store design and alsoon the branding andprototype development.Projects done while employed with Gensler and WKMC Architects Inc
    • La Madeleine, San Antonio, TX and prototype design RestaurantSquare footage: 11,000 – 12,000 sq-ftConstruction cost: $2.6MPrototype and signage development.Served as the client contact and alsoworked on design development inone of the ground up restaurants inSan Antonio, TX .Chilis American Airlines Center, Dallas, TX RestaurantSquare footage: 5,350 sq-ft, Construction cost: $0.9MInterior finish out of Chilis with a covered patio at AACwas challenging because of stringent restrictions, plus thebroadcasting studio being located right underneath thekitchen. Client and consultant coordination along withdrawing production were my role.Project done while employed with Gensler

Grand dining, private dinning featuring wine room,fire place, and rich bar were some of the examples of theinterior grandeur.Project done while employed with Gensler
    • Baileys Prime PlusPark Lane, Dallas,TX RestaurantSquare footage: 12,000Construction cost: $1 M ( Approximate)Project used BIM technology.The main dining room features high ceiling,decorative motif, and a reflecting pool thattraverses the entire space with lit up full sizetrees rising from its center. The wine cellarcomplements the long glass chainchandeliers in the foyer. Three private diningrooms feature patterned marble flooring, boldwallpaper, and contemporary chandeliers.My role on the project was to take theconceptual sketches and produceconstruction documents using Revit as a tool.I was also responsible for coordinating withthe consultants during different stages of theproject.Project done while employed with Gensler
