    1. Based on a report from Anderson Consulting and visits to experienced distance education colleges across America, the Master Plan for UT TeleCampus was drafted in 1997.
    2. So these problems require that we return to the drawing board for solutions that will ensure TeleCampus is the premier provider of online education.
