  • PS: I just posted above and forgot to mention that I found the bad BBB rating because I was trying to figure out why I haven't received any vouchers after SIX MONTHS when I keep getting email confirmations that I should be getting vouchers in '4-8 weeks', and that was at least 3-4 MONTHS ago!

    UPDATE:

    They now have an F rating @ BBB and are being investigated by several state attorneys general. See

  • Some folks above are defending the 'claim your gas' and 'claim your groceries' plans, but why is it that they have a 'D' rating (as of the day I write this) with the BBB with over 100 complaints?
