      • In 2008, it was:
        • 7 cities, 7 organizations, 7 contexts, 800 people
      • In 2009, it was:
        • 18 cities, 18 organizations, 18 contexts, 2500 people
        • New speakers appeared in our midst
      • In 2010, it was
        • 45 cities, 7500 people
        • First time in India , China and Many other countries
      • In 2011, it would be
        • 60 cities, 9000 people(expected)
        • First time in Hyderabad in India

    • 5. Massive communication on Agility Our primary mission is to create a synchronized communication about our practices of development during the month of October. We want to communicate everywhere there is an audience in order to attract massive attention to our professional approach. Share our vision of agility  Since agility is constantly evolving, we want to be open to new horizons while also contributing our understanding, interpretation, and ideas to the agile community. Federate Encourage leadership in all regions of the world interested in Agile, while being consistent with agile culture and self-organization.           • Teams that organize and manage the event locally (by finding local speakers, sponsors, and venue).

        • A team that coordinates the overall project and helps share operating budget across regions .

          • A team that organizes the review and presentation of research papers.

      • ISEC is a pan-India , non-profit organization established by a group of Scrum and Agile Enthusiasts to provide a common platform for the Scrum and Agile Community in India to share, learn and grow together
      • ISEC regularly organizes guest lectures, seminars, conferences to promote industry-industry and industry-academic interaction in fields related to Agile, Change Management, Business Process Management and other topics of interest

        • Nominate a SPOC for discussions/ signing the sponsorship agreement
        • After the deal is finalized , sign an Agreement with ISEC about the details
      • Provide ISEC with the sponsorship monies and promotional material on or before the dates as set in agreement
        • Help us promote the event within your organization and client organizations
      • Invite your guests to the conference as per the Agreement
