New 3D engine for MC68000, 1986 first on Atari ST. Moved over to Macintosh. Enhanced 3D Engine, including basic texture 1990 mapping. Casady & Greene, ZOA. Reverse engineered 3D engine into 1994 C because of RISC architecture of PowerPC. 1997 Moved to QuickDraw 3D RAVE. Steve nixes QD3D. Moved to 1998 OpenGL.
