    • The Corelation between Indian Education and job sector The Indian education system boasts of producing the largest number of graduates in the world but if we study the correlation between the Indian job sector and the Indian Education sector, we will find a huge contrast in both. There is a huge labour shortage in the Private Sector.Only a handfull of highschool and college graduates can converse very well in English. In the case of mathematics also we can see a decline in simple division fractions and also in solving basic algebra questions. As a result of this decline in skilled education, it has almost become a very difficult task for call centres in India to hire skilled graduates and hence has forced many companies to look for hiring oppurturnities outside India. So what is the main factor leading to this decline in the skilled workers in India? EventhoughIndian education system has its advantages, like it promotes maths and science but at the same time this education system is based more on cramming rather than understanding the basic concepts. Children today studies just to get marks and hence they just cram their subjects. The various exams also in India examine the learning power of the students and their ability to write down the answers that they have learnt, rather than testing their knowledge. As a result the percentage cards are reaching upto 99% for admissions to all the top most colleges in India. This makes it difficult even for the 90% scorers to get into the college of their choice. Find Jobs In Delhi. Thus for increasing job oppurtunities which is proportionaly related to basic skilled education and not just education sector,India needs to improve the ways it promotes education. In this path the first step should be to develope an education system wherein emphasis should be given to making the children learn the concepts of the various subjects rather than cramming it. The knowledge given to the students should be such that no matter in whatever way they are tested, their understanding of the subject should be good. Also highest priority should be given to skill based education and vocational training which will lead to industry specific needs. Thus improving the educational sector of India will definately lead to more jobs.
