tokimeki2003 made a wall-post Restaurant City I am afraid this calculation is not valid. Not sure if this is a game update problem, there are now new factors in the game. At level 15 you unluck the drinks, either if you have a drink machine or not the customer will want to order a drink at any time and will walk out when theres no drinks delivered. Having four cooks and 2 watiers the cooks have to wait for the waiters to make the drinks and do notting as there are plates unclean on the table and the cheif cannot cook anything else while there is no one collecting the finish dish. Also another key factor that you have missed out is if you make toilets and block them to the customers they cannot give you a thumbs down and will just walk out without upgrading or degrading the populaity.
