    • Time: 45s Problem What’s the problem? How big is it? Know your audience.
    • Time: 60s Hypothesis What’s your unique insight? Data from past pilots?
    • Time: 75s Get real. How will you experiment? How will you collect data? How will you iterate? “X in 1 mo. Y in 3 mo. Learn Z in 6 mo”
