I’m the founder of PressBooks, a book publishing tool that lives on the open web; and the founder of LibriVox -- the world’s largest publisher of free, public domain audiobooks, all produced by volunteers. From LibriVox came Iambik Audiobooks, a commercial audiobook publisher. I have unleashed or helped unleash a few other projects over the years including: Book Oven, Bite-Size Edits, Collectik, earideas, and BookCamps in Toronto, Montreal, NYC and Melbourne.
I’m the co-editor (with Brian O’Leary) of "Book: A Futurist’s Manifesto -- Essays from the bleeding edge of publishing" (O’Reilly).
