  • 3. My Current Responsibilities :  Design learning solutions by partnering with Subject Matter Experts (SME’s) within ADIB or by researching outside vendors for content. These learning solutions may include classroom training, Experiential Learning ,on-the-job training, or e-learning solutions.  Facilitate training sessions to engage participants in the learning process and achieve desired outcomes and objectives.  Formulate training policies, programs, and standard work based on strategic needs assessments,ADIB standards, and policy deployment.  Gather and analyze training data to evaluate the impact and effectiveness of training programs and create driving measure goals for ADIB training programs.  Facilitate meetings with ADIB leadership i.e. Executives and their direct reports, Project Leads, and the policy deployment project leaders to assess finalizing the strategic training needs for their teams.  Confer with internal managers and supervisors to determine training needs and match those needs to available in-house training or make recommendations for outside training resources or self-study opportunities for those individuals.  Provide coaching to (SME’s ) insideADIB to improve their facilitation style or techniques used in class.
